We will always tell you exactly how much you will pay before you agree to proceed with our services. Our transparent approach means that you will also be provided with a  schedule that details the ongoing fees we have received and any commissions we have been paid by product providers. 

At each annual review meeting, we will ask you to confirm that you are happy to continue paying our fee for the ongoing services you receive.  

We are always consistent with our fees. We take this approach to ensure you feel confident that you are being treated fairly while not paying either more or less than another client for the same service. 

We will ensure that our fees can be justified in relation to the services you receive.

You have the option to pay our fees on an hourly, percentage or fixed basis.

You can pay our fees directly, they can be facilitated by the product provider as a deduction from the value of your investment, or you can choose a combination of both.
